Liquid Silk is a smooth and invigorating cleansing oil. It’s an excellent choice for all skin types and ages – and leaves both oily and dry skin perfectly clean, bright, and balanced. Both functional and luscious, Liquid Silk rinses effortlessly with water and removes waterproof makeup with ease.

The fruity, fresh, and nuanced aroma comes from the essential oils of lime, red grapefruit, jasmine, and geranium. This sophisticated combination has an elevating and refreshing effect on both skin and mood.

How to use

Apply on dry face and neck, massage throughout for about one minute, and rinse with water. Suitable for all skin types. Combine with the uplifting Djusie Mini Facial Massage Ritual to wash the day off from your face and mind.

Key ingredients

SUNFLOWER SEED OIL (Helianthus annuus seed oil, sunflower seed oil – France, organic). Sunflower seed oil is rich in omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, as well as vitamin E and beta-carotene. It strengthens the skin’s protective barrier, soothes inflammation, balances sebum secretion, smooths and softens fine lines as well as rough skin, and protects the skin from free radicals.
SQUALANE (Squalane – Spain/Italy). Squalane, of the squalene family, is found naturally in the skin or sebum. The squalane used by Djusie is a by-product of olive oil pressing. Squalane is very well absorbed into the skin due to the similarity of the squalene contained in sebum. It is thin in composition and feels silky and does not clog the pores. Squalane has antioxidant properties that prevent the skin’s own sebum from oxidising, thus preventing impurities and pore clogging. In addition, it balances the skin’s sebum secretions, promotes cell renewal, prevents and lightens scars and pigment spots on the skin, and protects the skin from the harmful effects of UV rays. Squalane is perfect for all skin types.
Blackcurrant seed oil (Ribes Nigrum Seed Oil, blackcurrant seed oil – Finland). Blackcurrant Seed Oil is a supercritical CO2 extract of blackcurrant seeds. Carbon dioxide extraction is an even gentler extraction method than cold pressing, preserving the most delicate compounds of the plant. The result is a highly pure and effective active ingredient. Carbon dioxide-extracted blackcurrant seed oil contains gamma-linolenic acid and omega-3 fatty acids in an optimal ratio.It is one of the rare plant oils containing omega-6 and omega-3-fatty acids in an optimal physiological ratio. Blackcurrant seed oil is an excellent active ingredient for sensitive and ageing skin. It smooths fine lines, moisturizes, renews, and brightens the skin. Additionally, it soothes sensitive and irritated skin while providing protection against the harmful effects of UV radiation. Vitamin E and beta-carotene protect against damage caused by free radicals, and phytosterols strengthen cell membranes. Essential fatty acids support the skin’s natural functions.
LINGONBERRY SEED OIL (Vaccinum vitis-idaea seed oil, lingonberry seed oil – Finland/Sweden, wild grown). Lingonberry seed oil is rich in omega-3 and -6 fatty acids and tocotrienol. It effectively softens dry and rough skin, smooths fine lines, improves skin elasticity, protects the skin from free radicals and damage caused by UV radiation, and prevents the formation of pigment spots. The lingonberry seed oil used by Djusie is produced by carbon dioxide extraction, which most effectively preserves the caring components contained in the seeds.
LIME ESSENTIAL OIL (Citrus aurantifolia peel oil, lime essential oil – Mexico). Lime essential oil has excellent detoxifying properties. It helps to eliminate water retention, balance skin sebum secretion and brighten the skin. With its aromatherapeutic effects, lime is refreshing and relieves fatigue, anxiety and stress. It also has a calming effect and thus supports creativity and concentration.
JASMINE ABSOLUTE (Jasminum grandiflorum flower extract, jasmine absolute – Egypt, organic). Jasmine essential oil is a skin-nourishing and soothing antioxidant. It improves skin elasticity, soothes sensitive skin, and treats scars, pigment spots and signs of ageing. Jasmine is great for all skin types. The intoxicating scent of jasmine has numerous aromatherapeutic effects. It elevates mood, relaxes, relieves stress, releases tension and balances hormonal activity. The petals of the jasmine flower do not tolerate the heat of steam distillation, which is why the oils are extracted with a solvent. The solvent is then distilled at a low temperature to produce the absolute flower extract.
ROSE GERANIUM ESSENTIAL OIL (Pelargonium graveolens flower oil, rose geranium essential oil – Egypt). Rose geranium (more commonly known as geranium) is one of the best essential oils in terms of skin-care properties. It balances the skin’s sebum secretions, tightens and brightens the skin, revitalises the skin where it is exposed to external stressors, and treats fine lines, scars and impurities. Thanks to its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects, geranium works excellently in the treatment of acne and impurities and soothes irritated, reddened and inflamed skin. The aromatherapeutic effects of geranium are balancing; it elevates mood, but also calms. In addition, it reduces restlessness and anxiety and balances hormonal activity.
GRAPEFRUIT ESSENTIAL OIL (Citrus paradisi peel oil, grapefruit essential oil – USA). Grapefruit essential oil is detoxifying, antiseptic and astringent. It improves metabolism, eliminates water retention and stimulates microcirculation. Grapefruit essential oil is excellent for the treatment of oily skin, large pores and acne. It prevents the clogging of pores, balances sebum secretion and tightens enlarged pores. The aromatherapeutic effects of grapefruit essential oil are energising and uplifting.

Is Liquid Silk suitable for oily skin?

Yes. Liquid Silk is an ideal cleanser for oily skin, too, as oil cleansing helps cleanse the pores effectively and gently without compromising the skin barrier.

Is Liquid Silk suitable for removing eye make-up?

Yes. Liquid Silk effortlessly removes even waterproof eye make-up without stinging the eyes.

Is Liquid Silk suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Yes. Liquid Silk is also suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The formula and the concentrations of all ingredients, including essential oils, have been taken into account in the product safety assessment.

How do I use Liquid Silk?

Apply 2–4 pumps of Liquid Silk to dry skin. The amount depends on whether you wear make-up and sunscreen, and whether you use the product in the morning or evening. In the evening and when removing make-up, it is best to use a more generous amount. Massage the oil thoroughly into the skin using circular motions, then rinse with water. Please note that Liquid Silk should always be applied to dry skin. If needed, you can double cleanse by using Citrus Delight Cleansing Cream as the second cleansing step.

What does Liquid Silk smell like?

Liquid Silk’s scent comes from genuine essential oils of lime, blood grapefruit, geranium and jasmine. The scent is sweet and citrusy with a hint of florals.

Paras puhdistusöljy markkinoilla! Puhdistaa kaiken lian ja meikin, jättämättä kasvoja öljyisiksi, mutta silti jättämättä kasvoja liian kuiviksi. Täydellistä!

Olen ennen käyttänyt aina maitomaisia putsareita ja otin tämän testiin kosmetologin suosituksesta. Tämä olikin erittäin positiivinen yllätys ja jäi käyttöön! Puhdistaa todella hyvin meikit ja myös vedenkestävän ripsivärin ja aurinkorasvan. Sopii myös tuoksunsa puolesta vaikka olen tuoksuyliherkkä.

Liquid Silk on paras öljyputsari mitä olen kokeillut. Poistaa meikin ja huuhotutuu iholta hyvin, jättäen ihon pehmeäksi. Luottotuote!

Tehokas ja samalla hellävarainen putsari kuivalle yli 40-vuotiaalle iholle. Pyörittelen noin minuutin ajan ja sitten huuhtelen, luottotuote.

Olen käyttänyt tätä jo useita pulloja. Ehdottomasti paras putsari. Olen välillä kokeillut muita, mutta palaan AINA tähän. Hellävarainen, mutta putsaa täydellisesti meikin. Ehdoton myös putsaamaan aurinkorasvan pois kasvoilta.

Erinomainen, hellävarainen, poistaa meikin. Ennen tätä ajattelin, että puhdistusaineella ei ole niin merkitystä. Se on itseasiassa aika tärkeä tuote, etenkin kuivalle ja pintakuivalle iholle 😊

I usually don't like cleansing oils. I wear make up daily and find it hard to get a nice clean feeling from oils. I've tried other Djusie-products and wanted to give Liquid Silk a try too. I'm glad I did. I love the smell, it spreads easily and feels good on the skin. It rinses easily too and it really is effective, it removes all make up. My skin feels hydrated after cleansing. Best cleansing oil I've tried, I recommend it!

Miellyttävä tuoksu ja hyvä, mutta hellävarainen puhdistusteho ovat tehneet tästä yhden lempiputsareistani. Meikki ja epäpuhtaudet on helppo poistaa, silmämeikin poistaminenkaan ei kirvele. Iho jää ihanan puhtaan ja silti kosteutetun tuntuiseksi. Myös pakkaus on mielestäni poikkeuksellisen kaunis.

Luottoputsari, olen käyttänyt jo vuosia ja en vaihda pois!

This cleansing oil does exactly what its advertised for. Very gentle but very effective and pleasant. My skin is dry, especialy in winter and this oil help to keep up moisture during cold weather. I am taking it of with small cloth and after double cleanse with citrus delight cream because still I am using SPF. In winter months I assume only one cleanser will be ok because no SPF use. My pores are basicaly gone, invisible. Thanks to this hero.

Poistaa hyvin meikin, myös vedenpitävän silmämeikin ärsyttämättä silmiä. Hyvä tuoksu ja levittyy helposti.

Ihanasti iholla liukuva puhdistusöljy joka putsaa tiukimmankin fysikaalisen aurinkorasvan tai meikin. Huuhtoutuu täydellisesti iholta ilman musliiniliinaa tai lisäputsaria. Jättää pehmeän tunteen eikä kuivata. Toisinaan teen tällä tehopuhdistuksen: hieron tuotetta meikittömälle iholle useita minuutteja keskittyen erityisesti niihin kohtiin joilla esiintyy tukkeumia, iho kiittää!

Paras puhdistusöljy ikinä, ei kuivata, poistaa tehokkaasti meikin, myös silmämeikin. On ollut käytössä jo monta vuotta, eikä ole tarve vaihtaa.

Levittäytyy hyvin, tuoksuu ihanalta ja peseytyy pois helposti. Olen poistanut tällä myös vedenkestävän silmämeikin. Kestosuosikki jonka ostan aina uudelleen.

Erinomainen puhdistusteho, jonka jälkeen iho kuitenkin rauhallinen ja kosteutettu. Poistaa myös silmämeikin ärsyttämättä herkkiä silmiäni. Ihana tuote jota pyrin hieromaan kasvoille pitkään, jotta samalla saa rentouttavan fiiliksen. Sopii erittäin hyvin atooppiselle iholleni.

Poistaa hyvin aurinkovoiteet ja ripsarit. Tuntuu myös ihanan hoitavalta iholla tehostaan huolimatta.

Paras puhdistusöljy jota olen testannut! Tätä olen käyttänyt lanseerauksesta saakka aina välillä jotain muuta luonnonkosmetiikan öljyputsaria testaten, vain palatakseni takaisin tähän. Ihana tuoksu, täydellinen koostumus ja putsaa tymäkänkin meikin ja aurinkovoiteet kunnolla. Huuhtoutuu vedellä. Ei kirvele herkkiä silmiäni, ei kuivata ihoa. Suosikkini! 🥰

Oikein hyvä öljyputsari. Laadun puolesta 5 tähteä, mutta hinta varsin korkea.

Ehdottomasti paras pihdistusöljy. Tuoksu miellyttävä ja tuntuu kuin ihohuokoset puhdistuu ja erityisesti tätä putsaria käytettäessä tulee samalla tehtyä kasvohieronta jos ei muutoin ehtisi. Poistaa myös meikit hyvin.

Paras putsari, jota täytyy olla aina kaapissa. Käytän tätä aina, kun minulla on ollut meikkiä ja pesee kaiken täysin pois ja iho jää hyvän tuntuiseksi.
