Description

A regular dry face brushing supports lymphatic flow and the reduces puffiness. The brushing makes the skin smoother and more radiant. Dry brushing is an extremely easy, rewarding and efficient ritual. It leaves you feeling refreshed and brings visible results on the skin.

Dry face brushing activates the lymph flow. Regular Djusie Dry Face Brushing Ritual helps maintain the vitality of the skin, brightens up its tone and reduces puffiness.

Djusie Face Brush is made of ultra soft natural goat bristle and olive wood.

The brush is produced in Germany by a traditional brush factory over 150 years old.

Bristles: Goat hair (origin: Tibet)
Wood: Olive wood (origin: EU / Greece, Spain, Italy) The olive trees are only felled after the trees no longer produce fruits. This means that the trees grow very old.

Goat’s hair:

The bristles are sheared from the goats. Goats are not raised just for their hair, they are farm animals in China and kept for meat. The bristles are obtained from Chinese long-haired goats from the highlands of Tibetan from different farmers.

How to use

Dry Face brushing is suitable for all skin types, except very sensitive skin. Never brush damaged or inflamed skin.

Always brush on dry skin. The goal of Djusie Dry Face Brushing Ritual is to stimulate the lymph flow. Always brush after the shower, because warm shower (or anything that boosts blood circulation) increases the filtration of the fluids from capillaries into tissues, and therefore cancels the de-puffing effects of the brushing.

We recommend Djusie Dry Face Brushing Ritual 2-3 times a week. Watch the instructions from the video.

FAQ FACE BRUSH

What type of skin is facial dry brushing suitable for?

Dry brushing is an ideal routine for puffiness, signs of fatigue, ageing skin and skin in need of vitality.

Is dry brushing suitable for sensitive or acne-prone skin?

Dry brushing should not be performed on damaged or inflamed skin. If the skin has blemishes, dry brushing can be performed below the affected areas, but not directly over them. Dry brushing should not be performed on extremely sensitive and redness-prone skin with a compromised skin barrier.

What results can I achieve with dry brushing?

Dry brushing supports lymphatic flow and the removal of excess interstitial fluid. The results are visible as reduced puffiness and felt as a lighter, more refreshed feeling. At the same time, brushing makes the skin smoother and more radiant.

How quickly will I see results?

A reduction in puffiness and a lighter feeling may be noticeable after the very first dry brushing session. The skin also feels immediately smoother. However, many everyday factors affect puffiness, so regular dry brushing helps maintain the results and support lymphatic flow over the long term.

How often can I practise dry brushing?

For the best results and to maintain them, it is worth practising dry brushing regularly. We recommend following the routine 1–3 times a week. For example, you can begin with the routine three times a week and, after one month, move to once a week to maintain the results.

Why do you recommend treating the lymph node areas by hand before brushing?

Djusie’s dry brushing ritual is designed to support lymphatic flow and promote the removal of excess interstitial fluid. For this reason, the ritual begins by manually treating areas where there are many lymph nodes. Gentle stretching of the skin stimulates the superficial lymphatic vessels and promotes the onward movement of lymph from the lymph node areas. This supports fluid flow throughout the lymphatic vessel network and prepares the pathway before interstitial fluid is guided towards the lymph nodes through brushing. It is like making sure the route ahead is flowing before directing more traffic onto it.

Why do you recommend dry brushing after showering?

Djusie’s dry brushing ritual is designed to support lymphatic flow and promote the removal of excess interstitial fluid. A warm shower dilates the superficial blood vessels and increases the filtration of fluid from the capillaries into the tissues. If you shower immediately after dry brushing, this may partially counteract the immediate de-puffing effect of the brushing. For this reason, we recommend showering or going to the sauna first and dry brushing only afterwards.
