Our Story
Our founder Katja Kokko is the leading pioneer of holistic skincare in her home country Finland. Her expertise lies in both the formulation of natural cosmetics and product-free skincare techniques.
As a qualified and experienced beauty therapist and acupuncturist, Katja is passionate in bringing together traditional and modern self-care methods.
During her 25-year-long career in holistic beauty, Katja has curated, analyzed and worked with massive amount of beauty brands and products.
Over the years, Katja’s vision of a perfect skincare line has become crystal clear. For a long time, the last missing ingredient was the right team. As a firm believer in intuition and right timings, she knew that the like-minded companion would be worth waiting for.
In spring 2019 Katja teamed up with MIRAZ, one of the leading distributors of natural cosmetics in the Nordics. The small family-owned company was already Katja’s long-time collaborator, and the dream team was soon reinforced with a top chemist and the perfect manufacturer for Djusie.
Djusie is a result of shared values and true companionship, where every team member plays a vital role and purpose. At Djusie everyone’s unique talents are appreciated and celebrated as special. That’s the juiciest formula for genuinely sustainable bloom.
