INCI: Potassium Sorbate
Potassium sorbate is a preservative produced from sorbic acid, which occurs naturally in certain berries. Potassium sorbate itself is produced synthetically for use in cosmetics. In Djusie products, it is present as a preservative in the shiitake mushroom and cantaloupe melon extracts and is not used as the primary preservative in the finished formulations.
