We sell products to adult consumers in Finland and elsewhere in the EU. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Products are ordered from the online store via the shopping cart. You confirm your acceptance of these terms when placing an order.
Once you have placed an order, we will send an order confirmation by email that includes the total price of the order, the shipping costs and the products ordered. The contract is formed when we confirm your order. Please provide a correct email address so that the confirmation reaches you.
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation before you confirm the order. Shipping costs are described separately in our shipping policy.
You pay for the products and shipping costs when placing the order. The following payment methods are available:
Online banking and cards (Paytrail) Paytrail Oyj processes online bank payments from Finnish banks (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Aktia, POP Bank, Säästöpankit, OmaSäästöpankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken) as well as card and invoice payments. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your statement and forwards the payment to the seller.
Paytrail Oyj acts as a collecting payment service provider and is a registered payment institution. For payment-related reclamations, please contact the online store where the purchase was made first.

Through Paytrail you can also pay by invoice and installment (for example Klarna). The available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Card and mobile payments (Shopify Payments) We accept the most common payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. If an order is cancelled before it is charged, the authorization hold is released. In the case of a later cancellation, we make a refund, which appears as a separate transaction. Please note that a refund may take 3–6 business days to show on your card account.
PayPal With PayPal you can pay without a credit card. This method requires a PayPal account.
All payments are processed securely and encrypted.
You have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978, Chapter 6) to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without any particular reason. An unambiguous notice by email at hello@djusie.com or a withdrawal form is enough.
The conditions of withdrawal, the return address and refunds are described in more detail in our refund policy.
There is no right of withdrawal in the cases listed in Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act, for example a sealed product that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened after delivery.
We are liable for product defects in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If a product is defective, contact us at hello@djusie.com. A defect must be reported within a reasonable time from when it was noticed or should have been noticed.
You have a statutory right to a defect-free product. These terms do not limit the mandatory rights that belong to consumers.
We aim to resolve disagreements primarily directly with you. Please contact us at hello@djusie.com.
If a disagreement cannot be resolved, you may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, please contact consumer advisory services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
You may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
These terms and the sale are governed by Finnish law. As a consumer, you may also bring an action arising from this contract before the district court of the locality where you have your domicile or habitual residence.
The content of the website – texts, images, graphics and other material – is the property of Finnish Beauty Oy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. Copying, distributing or otherwise using the material for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited. You may save and print content for personal, non-commercial use.
We aim to keep the website available and its information up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect damages that may arise from the use of, or inability to use, the website. This does not limit our liability under mandatory legislation, in particular consumer rights.
We reserve the right to change these terms. Orders are governed by the terms in force at the time of the order. We recommend reviewing the terms before placing an order.
