Cucumber Slice is a thin and silky eye cream that refreshes and protects the skin. It brightens up tired under-eye circles and gives a strong vitality boost. Cucumber Slice works wonders as a healthy ageing product due to its high antioxidant levels. The combination of prickly pear seed oil and cucumber seed oil effectively strengthens the delicate skin around the eyes.

Prickly pear seed oil is rich in omega fatty acids. It contains more vitamin E than any other natural oil used in natural cosmetics. Vitamin E is an efficient antioxidant. It promotes cellular oxygen delivery, protects skin cells, firms the skin, speeds up microcirculation and prevents pigmentation.

Cucumber seed oil absorbs like a dream. It’s a strong antioxidant and contains a significant amount of linoleic acid, vitamin E and phytosterols. It keeps the skin vital and supple – and protects it from premature ageing and pigmentation.

Caffeine and coffee extract reduce puffiness and bags under eyes. Cucumber and chaga extracts provide strong antioxidants. • Caffeine & green coffee extract (Caffeine & Coffea Arabica Seed Extract, caffeine & green coffee extract – Vietnam & France). Caffeine in Djusie’s products is composed of caffeine vectorized by phospholipids and green coffee extract. It is extracted from green coffee beans harvested from an evergreen shrub belonging to the Rubiaceae family cultivated worldwide in tropical areas. The green coffee extract recreates the original environment of caffeine. Caffeine therefore has a particular affinity with all the molecules of the extract and it is easily solubilized as in the original plant. Caffeine helps reduce the appearance of dark circles and under-eye bags. It has the ability to constrict blood vessels and improve the draining of stagnant lymph to reduce dark circles and puffiness. Moreover, its lipolytic properties reduce fat excess and swelling under the eyes. Antioxidant properties of green coffee counteract free radicals responsible for inflammation and accelerated ageing.
• Cucumber extract (Cucumis Sativus Fruit Extract, cucumber extract – France). Cucumber fruit extract is highly moisturizing, soothing and astringent. Thanks to its high content of monosaccharides, it purifies and smoothes the skin by eliminating the toxins to revive skin’s natural radiance and healthy complexion. Cucumber fruit extract used in Djusie’s products is made from upcycled cucumbers, produced with zero-waste patented enzymatic extraction technology. This active is obtained from upcycled off size cucumbers.
• Cucumber Seed Oil (Cucumis Sativus Seed Oil, cucumber seed oil – France, organic). The high levels of vitamin E in cucumber seed oil prevent the cell damage caused by free radicals. They also prevent the signs of inflammageing on the skin from stress and fatigue and brighten the skin tone. In addition, the phytosterols contained in cucumber seed oil smooth out fine lines and enhance the production of collagen and elastin. Cucumber seed oil contains plenty of linoleic acid, which soothes inflammation, irritation and impurities, and oleic acid, which prevents skin dryness.
